  1. Week view

The Today view is great, but Week view would be helpful to navigate through the week and not get lost in the detail of one task.

  3. Kanban view

Use tags to organize lists into Kanban boards. This is useful to teams tracking project task status and task priority. Users should be able to click and drag tasks within a Kanban board that is introduced as a new and optional view or as an content type insert.

  4. Repeat "after completion"

For example: "Repeat after completion" "Repeat X days, weeks, months... after previous item is checked off". For bills to send or training items it makes sense to create a new tasks when previous is completed with a parametre.

  5. Save lists as templates

Custom templates with pre-built or enabled macros can simplify calculating income and expenses. A prime example of this is the ClickUP Personal Budget template. https://clickup.com/templates/personal-budget-t-180546810 But imagine if Superlist had a dedicated templates page where the community could upload their custom templates. This would not only encourage creativity but also provide a variety of options for users. Moreover, if Superlist had an in-app feature to access these templates easily, it would make the user experience even more seamless and efficient.

  6. Smart lists

Create lists that would basically just be a named saved filter in the sidebar. Setup features could include labels, statuses, dates, assignment, etc. Really filtration by any combination of properties to generate the contents of the list.

  9. Mark tasks as complete from notifications

  10. Options for Recurring Tasks - "Every month on 3rd Tuesday" etc

For workflows that are day-of-the-week dependent, having these options are very necessary for recurring tasks (and that's what has made Things 3 so useful). "Every month on the 1st Monday", for example. Thanks!

  12. Stop spamming users with upgrade banners

I signed up for the free tier 2 days ago. FREE, that's what it's supposed to be. That's what I chose. Can you just let me alone for just a few minutes instead of slamming me with an upgrade banner a dozen times a day. This is a very bad look for you!!!

  13. Calendar view for tasks

I find it useful to see my tasks spread in a calendar, especially in weekly view, so I can make sure I have a healthy workload in my hands each day.

  15. Timeblocking for tasks

Seamless integration of the calendar to enter tasks directly at a specific time would greatly assist in planning the day. If you want to schedule a task, another window with the calendar could open on the right. In this window, you should also be able to directly schedule the required time by reducing or enlarging the task.
