  1. Kanban view

Use tags to organize lists into Kanban boards. This is useful to teams tracking project task status and task priority. Users should be able to click and drag tasks within a Kanban board that is introduced as a new and optional view or as an content type insert.

  2. Repeat "after completion"

For example: "Repeat after completion" "Repeat X days, weeks, months... after previous item is checked off". For bills to send or training items it makes sense to create a new tasks when previous is completed with a parametre.

  3. Save lists as templates

Custom templates with pre-built or enabled macros can simplify calculating income and expenses. A prime example of this is the ClickUP Personal Budget template. https://clickup.com/templates/personal-budget-t-180546810 But imagine if Superlist had a dedicated templates page where the community could upload their custom templates. This would not only encourage creativity but also provide a variety of options for users. Moreover, if Superlist had an in-app feature to access these templates easily, it would make the user experience even more seamless and efficient.

  8. Edit text space

Add a little more space on PC to edit text. Right now if I would like edit end of the text in task always open side bar with details (Web app). I am requesting to improve it a little. It is annoying me. Maybe add some additional space to minimise the risk of accidental clicks. Or maybe do something else. I just do not want to open the details when I would like to edit the end of sentence.

Enhorabuena!

  10. Allow for notes in today list

This might be a niche problem, but I would love to be able to write some notes in the today view. Sometimes you need to scribble down some info for the day that doesn’t deserve to be a full list. Having a part of the page below the tasks that would allow markup would be incredibly useful, and not in the way to most people that wouldn’t want to use it. It doesn’t have to be full list capabilities (tasks in between text, etc), the sorting is there for a reason. But just separate input for text is something I wish was there almost every day.

  11. Calendar view for tasks

I find it useful to see my tasks spread in a calendar, especially in weekly view, so I can make sure I have a healthy workload in my hands each day.

  12. Week view

The Today view is great, but Week view would be helpful to navigate through the week and not get lost in the detail of one task.

  14. Timeblocking for tasks

Seamless integration of the calendar to enter tasks directly at a specific time would greatly assist in planning the day. If you want to schedule a task, another window with the calendar could open on the right. In this window, you should also be able to directly schedule the required time by reducing or enlarging the task.
