  5. Remember collapsed/expanded state of sorted sections in Tasks view

In the Tasks view, tasks can be sorted by a certain category; e.g. assignee or label. When sorted, the sections can be collapsed or expanded. When you navigate away and then back to the Tasks view, all sections are expanded again; i.e. the app does not remember the state of the collapsed/expanded sections.

  6. Select your starting view in the app

Now when you open the app, the overview tab is automatically displayed. Would be great the set it yourself so you can f.e. directly start adding texts.

  7. Focus Mode

Focus Mode enables you to concentrate on specific tasks or projects by customizing your visual environment. You can filter tasks to focus on a specific list, project, or tag, ensuring only the most relevant items are visible. The streamlined interface minimizes distractions, allowing you to work efficiently on high-priority tasks without being overwhelmed by your entire to-do list.

  8. Improve the Sorting and Grouping in Lists

The Sorting and Grouping is barely functional in Lists. The only option is to Group the tasks by Creation Date, Label, Priority, etc. I have a list of tasks that I group based on Label. The Labels are Weekly. (Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, etc) It would be nice to have both a Grouping and a Sorting option. So that one can Group things by Lists and within each list Sort things by specific Date.

  9. New sorting option in Lists view: Section

This could be done by adding "Section" to the sorting feature. I attached a simple design of what that could look like πŸ™‚ (See bottom of suggestion) Ideally, sorting and grouping should have their own, separate drop-downs, but that should probably be a separate idea to vote on πŸ€“ More info I was surprised to see that sections are only displayed under "Favourites" and not the place where all lists are viewed. I expected the Lists view to show my lists with their section and then favourites could, at least, be used to show the most important lists, and at best, favourites could show the lists you have favourised and also display the section they belong to (if any) The problem How it is designed now creates a problem that invalidates the usefulness of the Favourites feature for me, since I want to use favorites to only display often used lists, but since Favourites is the only way (that I know of) to display my sections, I have to favourite all my lists to have everything structured. This suggestion could fix that.

  10. Calendar view for tasks

I find it useful to see my tasks spread in a calendar, especially in weekly view, so I can make sure I have a healthy workload in my hands each day.

  11. Week view

The Today view is great, but Week view would be helpful to navigate through the week and not get lost in the detail of one task.

  12. Timeblocking for tasks

Seamless integration of the calendar to enter tasks directly at a specific time would greatly assist in planning the day. If you want to schedule a task, another window with the calendar could open on the right. In this window, you should also be able to directly schedule the required time by reducing or enlarging the task.

  14. Kanban view

Use tags to organize lists into Kanban boards. This is useful to teams tracking project task status and task priority. Users should be able to click and drag tasks within a Kanban board that is introduced as a new and optional view or as an content type insert.

  15. Repeat "after completion"

For example: "Repeat after completion" "Repeat X days, weeks, months... after previous item is checked off". For bills to send or training items it makes sense to create a new tasks when previous is completed with a parametre.
