The Today view is great, but Week view would be helpful to navigate through the week and not get lost in the detail of one task.

Set optional start and end dates on tasks to make planning easier.

Use tags to organize lists into Kanban boards. This is useful to teams tracking project task status and task priority. Users should be able to click and drag tasks within a Kanban board that is introduced as a new and optional view or as an content type insert.

A REST API would be useful for users to create their own integrations. One could create an access_token for their superlist account and then interact with the REST API in to dynamically create tasks and lists.

Next to the already implemented Google Workspace I would be more than happy to connect my Microsoft Suite including Outlook to Superlist

Connect Superlist with iCloud Calendar to sync tasks with due dates.

Some level of automation to automatically move tasks to certain lists. For example, with the Gmail integration, when tasks come in, they are automatically assigned to a List. Or when you assign a Label to a Task, maybe it can then be automatically moved to a List thanks for listening.

I came across Superlist and really liked the balance between personal productivity and collaborative work. That combination made me think about a small UX opportunity around context switching. When your personal tasks and team work live in the same environment, the challenge isn't only organizing them it's helping users understand which context they're currently operating in. I had an idea for a lightweight “Work / Personal” workspace mode where the interface subtly adapts to the active context, while still allowing shared or overlapping tasks to remain connected. The transition could be reinforced through small interaction and motion cues so switching contexts feels intentional rather than simply navigating to another list. I’m a UI/UX & Product Designer focused on SaaS and interaction design, and I sketched out a rough direction for how I'd approach this for Superlist. Would you be open to me sending the concept over? Just like in Notion, allow users to add multiple columns into a list. Helps with letting multiple tasks, information, etc being visible on laptop/landscape tablet.

Superlist currently lacks a fast, keyboard-first inbox processing workflow to quickly assign due dates, add tags, and route tasks to lists. Implementing a seamless triage system would dramatically increase processing speed for users capturing high volumes of tasks. A proposed implementation: ⚬ Triage Mode Shortcut: A dedicated key combination to enter a focused inbox review mode. ⚬ Inline Commands / Command Palette: Quick keyboard triggers while a task is selected: ⚬ D or T to open the date picker / set due dates. ⚬ # or L to add labels/tags. ⚬ M or V to move the task to a specific project/list. ⚬ E or Archive to mark done or archive immediately. ⚬ Auto-Advance: Automatically jump to the next inbox item as soon as a task is moved or scheduled. This addition would make Superlist feel significantly faster for power users managing daily task overflow.

I find it useful to see my tasks spread in a calendar, especially in weekly view, so I can make sure I have a healthy workload in my hands each day.

Seamless integration of the calendar to enter tasks directly at a specific time would greatly assist in planning the day. If you want to schedule a task, another window with the calendar could open on the right. In this window, you should also be able to directly schedule the required time by reducing or enlarging the task.

For example: "Repeat after completion" "Repeat X days, weeks, months... after previous item is checked off". For bills to send or training items it makes sense to create a new tasks when previous is completed with a parametre.
