The Today view is great, but Week view would be helpful to navigate through the week and not get lost in the detail of one task.

Select multiple tasks to edit or move all at once.

Feature request for mobile: Swipe actions on list elements Swipe actions - at least two: one swipe action should be to open a quick action menu for the selected task (where you can delete it, move it to inbox or parent task, change element settings, etc) the other swipe action should be freely customizable to the user's liking (possible actions: complete, delete, move to another list, change date, change assignee, change label, no action, ...) Swipe mechanics: swipe right swipe left (maybe) swipe far right (swipe action #3) (maybe) swipe far left (swipe action #4) Imho this swipe mechanic should replace the long press mechanic which currently opens a quick action menu. Todoist & TickTick (other apps probably too) also have this quick swipe mechanic, it's great! :)

Being able to integrate YouTube videos directly into the app (without opening Safari) would be an asset.

Superlist supports Microsoft To Do Integration, and synchronising tasks and their status with it. I want a kind of label on the lists connected to MS ToDo(or other products) on Superlist which make it easy to identify.

Integrate with Outlook mail and have it show up in Superlist, i.e., a flagged mail is added to task lists.

Allow labels to have different colors

as we move to in person meetings or networking coffees, being able to record the meeting via your phone for transcription/action items and notes is super valuable. Not every meeting will be online or on a platform. I even attend meetings in conference rooms where those of us in The conference room are all talking in person along with virtual attendees and these note taking services (aside from Apple intelligence or Krisp) don’t let you take in person notes.

I have meeting recordings and transcripts from meetings I've recorded on Apple Intelligence or Krisp or competing products which I'd like to consolidate to this system. Ideally, it would be great to be able to upload a transcript or audio to a meeting on Superlist for meeting summarization and task generation. Not only would it help to move off a competing product to Superlist, but would allow better flexibility in the tool when not able to access Superlist for notetaking (i.e on a windows device, or someone sends the user a transcript/audio recording from a meeting you could not attend). That said, it would be great to be able to export a recorded transcript as well from supernote.

currently, after doing a dictation, you show a “task created in” notification. This requires an added step for the user to go to the task list to see if the task was added correctly. I’d recommend ideally that you show the dictated task as how it was added in the notification so the user can see the task added without clicking away from the dictation screen. OR During voice dictation instead of showing an animated image, you actually show the text realtime as the user is saying it so they can validate AI is getting the correct input as the user is saying it before the task is created. Or Both.

I often use multiple labels for a task. The current label picker makes you click Bach and forth for each label. In addition please sort the labels which have been selected already at the top of the list. That makes it much easier to unselect them again.

I find it useful to see my tasks spread in a calendar, especially in weekly view, so I can make sure I have a healthy workload in my hands each day.

Allow users to manage labels (e.g., deleting, renaming) to give them functional use.

Enable users to quickly search for content across lists and tasks.

Enable users to add priority levels to tasks; e.g., low, medium, high.
