  4. Kanban view

Use tags to organize lists into Kanban boards. This is useful to teams tracking project task status and task priority. Users should be able to click and drag tasks within a Kanban board that is introduced as a new and optional view or as an content type insert.

  7. Solo Mode

for those that don't use the collaboration features on superlist, I'd love the option to remove the assigned to functionality and messages so it isn't cluttered with features I won't use

  8. Option: Remove cover image

I would appreciate to have lists without cover pictures. They are distracting and take a lot of valuable space. Please, give an option to not have them.

  9. Calendar Starts on Monday

The workweek mostly starts with Monday and all the calendar apps are often adapted. I keep making mistakes while adding dates to tasks because I cant change week start from Sunday to Monday

  10. Place list and tasks "on hold"

Superlist is amazing for GTD. Only thing missing is the ability to have a list put "on hold". The effect of being on hold should stop tasks/subtasks from the list and all sublists from showing up in any task views - and the list should be visualy marked with e.g. a pause icon. Use cases: plan out future projects/ideas without tasks showing up and cluttering the different views.perfect for keeping templates of checklists with tasksPut current project/list "on hold" for the time being when other priorities take over without having to edit tasks to normal text, and back to tasks again when setting the project as active.

  11. Custom cover images for default lists

Default list cover images (Inbox, Today, Tasks, etc.) clash with the covers used in my other lists. Please add an option to replace them with custom images.

  12. Add native iOS/Mac OS extensions like shortcuts and share menu

Add a native iOS and macOS extension to Superlist. This would enable us to share tasks from Superlist to other native apps, and to share links and information from other apps directly to Superlist. This would also enable the possibility to use Apple's Shortcut app to build your own shortcuts.

  13. Meeting notes stops when Zoom meeting starts

In order to prep for my virtual meetings, I go ahead and start the meeting notes on Super List, but when the host lets me into the room, the AI meeting notes for Super List assume that the meeting has finished and stop. I've missed several having notes for several meetings because of this. Is there any way to just let it run instead of having it rely on the video starting or stopping?

  14. Not including meeting notes in "Lists"

I do a lot of the AI meeting notes. I LOVE it. However, those meeting notes show up in the list tab and make my list of lists all messy. Is it possible to make a separate tab or category for these meeting notes so they have their own "home"?

  15. Calendar sync with specific Google Calendar

It would be ideal to have a synchronization with Google Calendar where I can specify a Superlist list and link it to a specific Google Calendar. This way, I could choose which lists sync with Google Calendar and control which specific calendar each list syncs to, allowing me to keep my calendars organized instead of having everything merged into the same Google Calendar.
