  2. Kanban view

Use tags to organize lists into Kanban boards. This is useful to teams tracking project task status and task priority. Users should be able to click and drag tasks within a Kanban board that is introduced as a new and optional view or as an content type insert.

  3. Repeat "after completion"

For example: "Repeat after completion" "Repeat X days, weeks, months... after previous item is checked off". For bills to send or training items it makes sense to create a new tasks when previous is completed with a parametre.

  5. Improve audio capture on mobile.

I was really excited to start using the meeting capture functionality on mobile with Superlist. Unfortunately, the four or five times I've tried to capture a meeting or a coffee conversation, the minute my screen locks, it stops capturing the audio. This makes the feature entirely useless because my screen will always lock during a 15-minute conversation or a 30-minute meeting. I would suggest either removing the feature altogether or doing the work to ensure it captures audio even with the screen off. It is frustrating that this is an issue to begin with for a $25-a-month application.

  6. View Entire Team Workload

My husband and I run a management team of four managers. They are having meetings and creating to do’s for eachother that we as owners cannot view. So when we go to assign them a task ourselves we may be overloading one or more of the managers because we cannot see their entire workload and what they’re working on. It would be helpful to be able to view all tasks within our leadership team. Is there a way to do that that we don’t know about? Is there a way to create the possibility to view tasks we didn’t assign or we’re not assigned by somebody else?

  7. Views and custom sorting for lists page

As someone who is more visual, I would like to be able to see and sort lists more easily. Currently I just see the title of a list, but a preview in a card or something would be nice. Like Google keep. With maybe favorites pinned up top. I would also like to be able to adjust the order of lists by dragging. Since I work mainly from lists, it would also be nice if we can customize app behaviour to always open on the menu item that we want. So lists, today, inbox etc.

  9. Messages or Comments on LISTS (not just Tasks)

I would LOVE the ability to leave comments/messages on Lists as well as Tasks. Time/date stamped. For my workflow, comments on the List itself as opposed to the individual task are most important. Another use case is that I find it extremely helpful to use comments to make quick notes or to date/time stamp new information instead of adding date and time to a note. It's like a running conversation with a list.

  10. Calendar view for tasks

I find it useful to see my tasks spread in a calendar, especially in weekly view, so I can make sure I have a healthy workload in my hands each day.

  11. Week view

The Today view is great, but Week view would be helpful to navigate through the week and not get lost in the detail of one task.

  12. Timeblocking for tasks

Seamless integration of the calendar to enter tasks directly at a specific time would greatly assist in planning the day. If you want to schedule a task, another window with the calendar could open on the right. In this window, you should also be able to directly schedule the required time by reducing or enlarging the task.

  14. Save lists as templates

Custom templates with pre-built or enabled macros can simplify calculating income and expenses. A prime example of this is the ClickUP Personal Budget template. https://clickup.com/templates/personal-budget-t-180546810 But imagine if Superlist had a dedicated templates page where the community could upload their custom templates. This would not only encourage creativity but also provide a variety of options for users. Moreover, if Superlist had an in-app feature to access these templates easily, it would make the user experience even more seamless and efficient.
