I find it useful to see my tasks spread in a calendar, especially in weekly view, so I can make sure I have a healthy workload in my hands each day.

The Today view is great, but Week view would be helpful to navigate through the week and not get lost in the detail of one task.

Archive lists to keep your space organized but access them at any point in time.

Many recurring tasks are used as a reminder to complete a "habit." It would be great to see a history of completions, whether in the form of a "streak" or a calendar heat map in the detail view.

Be able to integrate superlist with your WhatsApp account where you can message bot to create tasks. Simple message to bot "pick up cloths at 5pm" adds a task to your default list at 5pm with reminder set at 5pm.

Some people find it useful to end their day with a review of what they need to do tomorrow. It'd be great if you could easily drag tasks into an item on the LH sidebar labelled "tomorrow" to do this. Then, next morning, those tasks would be in the "today" item.

We use Superlist with Claude through the Superlist MCP connector to automate our daily workflow. A scheduled AI assistant reviews tasks assigned to me every morning and checks whether they are clear enough to act on. If a task is missing context, it should send it back to the person who created it. The problem: get_task, fetch and search don't return who created a task. The app clearly stores this ("Viggo created this task", "assigned this task to themselves", due date changes, etc.), but none of it is available through the MCP/API. So the assistant can't tell who to address, and has to either notify everyone on the task or do nothing. Suggestion: Add created_by (uuid, email, display_name) to get_task, fetch and list resultsIdeally also assigned_by on the assigneeOptionally a get_activity tool that returns the task's activity log (created, assigned, due date changed, moved, completed – with actor and timestamp) Who benefits: anyone automating Superlist with AI agents or integrations – for routing follow-ups to the right person, auditing changes, and building reliable team workflows. It would make the MCP connector much more useful for teams.

It would be helpful if when I assign a task or a task syncs with my google that is shows the list that it's in. I could have 3 refresh listings but not know which property it's for unless I put the address on every task which seems redundant.

Seamless integration of the calendar to enter tasks directly at a specific time would greatly assist in planning the day. If you want to schedule a task, another window with the calendar could open on the right. In this window, you should also be able to directly schedule the required time by reducing or enlarging the task.

Set optional start and end dates on tasks to make planning easier.

Use tags to organize lists into Kanban boards. This is useful to teams tracking project task status and task priority. Users should be able to click and drag tasks within a Kanban board that is introduced as a new and optional view or as an content type insert.

For example: "Repeat after completion" "Repeat X days, weeks, months... after previous item is checked off". For bills to send or training items it makes sense to create a new tasks when previous is completed with a parametre.

Enable Windows users to manage lists and tasks with a dedicated desktop app.

Custom templates with pre-built or enabled macros can simplify calculating income and expenses. A prime example of this is the ClickUP Personal Budget template. https://clickup.com/templates/personal-budget-t-180546810 But imagine if Superlist had a dedicated templates page where the community could upload their custom templates. This would not only encourage creativity but also provide a variety of options for users. Moreover, if Superlist had an in-app feature to access these templates easily, it would make the user experience even more seamless and efficient.

When these things are placed in the task, they should create the appropriate links.
