Hey! Big fan of Wunderlist who was anxiously awaiting Superlist's debut! I love the layout but am struggling to organize within lists. I keep several separate lists for work and home, and don't see how I can easily sort within each of those lists. It seems that the only sort function is at the overall task level, which isn't super helpful unless I also tag everything with a list, which is a pain so I don't want to do that. Is there no way to sort inside a list of tasks?

I often have to oversee tasks that have been delegated to external people. So far I'm using a "Waiting for" tag. However, I would like to create dummy people so that I can assign a task to an external person. Using these dummies, I could then specifically search for which tasks were assigned to this person.

I've always put an emoji in my list names, because when I view "Today" I find that having the emoji for the list show up under the task helps me quickly assess what type of work I'm doing that day (or for which client, etc). I love that Superlist has the icon feature built right in, and that it lets you select a custom emoji from the list! However, after setting a custom emoji for each of my lists, I realized when I went to "Today" it didn't show the custom emojis under each task, but instead just the default icon. So I had to revert and set each list back to the default icon, then add the emoji in the "name" field for the list. This seems to get around it so the emoji shows up with the tasks when viewing "today", as shows in the attached screenshot. But seems simple enough to change this so that any assigned emoji shows up any time the list name is displayed?

I was an OG Wunderlist user 15+ years ago. Switched to To-Do which I've used consistently since then. Excited about your launch and to see this take shape! While I always planned to switch to Superlist once it was ready, the Claude integration was my big motivator. I've now been using Claude with my personal digital organization system for a couple months. Two features that would absolutely transform my experience would be: Allowing Claude to be able to see which folders each list exists in. For example, I have folders for Business, Clients, and Personal. When Claude is creating daily summaries, I want to be able to tell it to ignore tasks from any list in my Personal folder. Right now it can't see which folder each list exists in, so I have to tell it manually what to include/ignore.A custom field or property where you can denote a time duration for a task. Right now I use labels and have them set up as 5 mins, 20, mins, 30 mins, 1 hour, etc. I estimate how long I think a task will take and label it with the correct amount of time. This is great when Claude is helping me plan my day and what I can reasonably accomplish. Labels work fine for this currently, but might end up being more useful if it was a designated feature/property?

When using sublists, it's difficult to get back to the home screen of the mobile app. The back button doesn't always behave as expected. I would expect more of a breadcrumb style navigation experience.

I have a couple of use cases for which I am currently using tags: Tracking delegated tasks to non-Superlist users.Tracking tasks associated with a specific project or domain. Currently, I use the search in the tasks view to filter by name or project. I would love to have the option to do a search for a specific tag, such as the name of someone I delegate to frequently, and pin that as one of the predefined pills at the top of the tasks view (such as what's there now: "tasks for me", "others", "upcoming", and "done").

I find it useful to see my tasks spread in a calendar, especially in weekly view, so I can make sure I have a healthy workload in my hands each day.

The Today view is great, but Week view would be helpful to navigate through the week and not get lost in the detail of one task.

Seamless integration of the calendar to enter tasks directly at a specific time would greatly assist in planning the day. If you want to schedule a task, another window with the calendar could open on the right. In this window, you should also be able to directly schedule the required time by reducing or enlarging the task.

Set optional start and end dates on tasks to make planning easier.

Use tags to organize lists into Kanban boards. This is useful to teams tracking project task status and task priority. Users should be able to click and drag tasks within a Kanban board that is introduced as a new and optional view or as an content type insert.

For example: "Repeat after completion" "Repeat X days, weeks, months... after previous item is checked off". For bills to send or training items it makes sense to create a new tasks when previous is completed with a parametre.

Enable Windows users to manage lists and tasks with a dedicated desktop app.

Custom templates with pre-built or enabled macros can simplify calculating income and expenses. A prime example of this is the ClickUP Personal Budget template. https://clickup.com/templates/personal-budget-t-180546810 But imagine if Superlist had a dedicated templates page where the community could upload their custom templates. This would not only encourage creativity but also provide a variety of options for users. Moreover, if Superlist had an in-app feature to access these templates easily, it would make the user experience even more seamless and efficient.
