  4. Copying Subtasks when with copy and paste

I have some template lists. Some of the items in a task have explanations or added subtasks. When copy and pasting the templates it only takes the main part, would be helpful if it does take also any sub-content.

  5. Ability to edit messages within a task

Currently, you can only delete a message, it would be nice to be able to edit a message, so you don't have to delete it and write it out all over again. A reaction option would be useful too.

  6. blocks or boards for lists which can collapse and expand

oftrn you jot down items one after another without a linkage. each falls under a different bucket. but you are in a stream of consciousness. you should be able to note down and segregate later by assigning them to respective applicable boards.

  7. iOS tinted app icon support

Superlist is one of the few apps remaining on my phone that aren't optimized for the Tinted option so it always looks a bit dated and out of place

  9. Include (From: name@gmail.com) after mail icon on 2nd row on mobile

I often use the mobile app when on the road and would like to easily file emails, but it is difficult from the inbox to tell who the email is from without drilling into it would be nice to be able to see who the email is from, perhaps on the second line next to the Gmail icon so that I can file the task without drilling into the details

  10. Smart Improvements to Elevate Superlist from Great to Essential

Hello Superlist Team, First of all, congratulations on creating such a clean, focused productivity app. The simplicity of Superlist is what makes it stand out it keeps me organized without distractions. I use it daily, and here are a few ideas that could make it even more powerful and reliable: Smarter Reminders: Add the ability to set multiple reminders for the same task, each with precise timing. Sometimes one reminder isn’t enough for complex or time-sensitive work. Enhanced Notifications: Allow users to pin active tasks as notifications on the phone’s main screen. This keeps important tasks visible throughout the day instead of being buried. Weekly Insights: Introduce a weekly analytics view showing completed vs. pending tasks, productivity trends, and summaries. It’s motivating and helps users track progress. Performance & UI Polish: Occasionally the app lags or freezes. A smoother user experience with faster transitions would make daily use seamless. Customizable Repeating Tasks: Let users choose specific days for recurring tasks instead of fixed presets. This flexibility is essential for realistic weekly planning. Reliability in Notifications: Sometimes reminders don’t trigger consistently, which can cause missed tasks. Strengthening this system would greatly improve trust in the app. Superlist is already an excellent tool minimal, elegant, and helpful. Implementing these features would push it from “great” to “irreplaceable.” Thank you for listening and for continuing to build something genuinely useful.

  11. One off Purchase

The thought: Create an additional pricing option for a one off purchase, that would be maybe "Private Light" version or something like that. Eg: One off $10 everything in free plus Unlimited Private lists 15 shared listsUp to 10 people in shared list I think this could entice lots of people to stay on board and get on board. Plus Superlist is getting more money than not having these people! The Background: So I have been on sabbatical and not up to date with updates. Coming back I have been shocked at the new pricing model, the forever free promise feels broken by limiting the free to 5 lists. Now I understand this promise isn't binding and you can change things as you please but I have spoken with several people disappointed and looking for other options. I also see the side from a business perspective and creating a program used by many without any payments is challenging. So going with this suggestion would be a good option to get people hooked privately and then getting their businesses involved on a bigger plan. Sadly I personally can't afford it and would probably go to build my own free version in Notion, Id honestly rather not!

  14. Week view

The Today view is great, but Week view would be helpful to navigate through the week and not get lost in the detail of one task.
