  1. Allow URL linking in tasks

Allow tasks to be clickable from the superlist app when it is added as task. My use case is: Whenever I am scrolling through social media and I want to see the full context, or to have a listen with headphones I save the posts as a task. Then I come back to check on it later. Currently I have to cut and past the url manually which is not very convinient at all - especially on mobile. For me it is a deal braker since this is my main usage.

  2. Save lists as templates

Custom templates with pre-built or enabled macros can simplify calculating income and expenses. A prime example of this is the ClickUP Personal Budget template. https://clickup.com/templates/personal-budget-t-180546810 But imagine if Superlist had a dedicated templates page where the community could upload their custom templates. This would not only encourage creativity but also provide a variety of options for users. Moreover, if Superlist had an in-app feature to access these templates easily, it would make the user experience even more seamless and efficient.

  3. Full support for (Github-style) Markdown

I practically think in Markdown, and was thrilled to see some support for it in Superlist. You have ## for headings and [], -, and 1. for switching a block between task, bullet list, number list. Those are very helpful. A bunch of other MarkDown items would really help me -- I'm using them now, but they aren't parsed by Superlist. Specifically, parsing emphasis, inline code, bold, strikethrough and >quoting would really help. Related, I'd like to make links that aren't just the URL text. This works now in the paragraph block, but not in Task blocks. The most graceful way I've seen to do this is Slack's: select text and paste a hyperlink over it, and the selected text becomes a link. Lovely! But failing that, using MarkDown Style Links would work. My gold standard for all of this is the Mac App DayOne. I've been using it as a to-do list manager and meeting note-taker because it parses Markdown as you type. I'd love for Superlist to replace that app, because it doesn't really turn tasks into data objects. To do that fully, though, I need to be able to type in Markdown.

  5. Kanban view

Use tags to organize lists into Kanban boards. This is useful to teams tracking project task status and task priority. Users should be able to click and drag tasks within a Kanban board that is introduced as a new and optional view or as an content type insert.

  6. Repeat "after completion"

For example: "Repeat after completion" "Repeat X days, weeks, months... after previous item is checked off". For bills to send or training items it makes sense to create a new tasks when previous is completed with a parametre.

  8. Siri and Apple Reminders integration

Another highly useful feature - voice input into Siri right into the inbox. Omnifocus has the best implementation, Things isn't bad. Here is how it should work: use your iPhone to say something like: "Remind me to go to the Drycleaners tomorrow" A task immediately goes right into your inbox: "Go to Drycleaners" with a due date of tomorrow.

  9. YouTube embeds

Being able to integrate YouTube videos directly into the app (without opening Safari) would be an asset.

  11. Optimize behavior of recurring tasks and subtasks

It would be great if a recurring (main-)task (e.g. weekly) would be displayed in the day view without the recurring subtasks within it (which are e.g. weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) appearing as a separate task in the day view. In my case, it is a weekly recurring task with 3 subtasks that recur weekly, monthly and every 90 days. On the date when they are all due, I would have 4 tasks in the day view, unnecessarily displayed separately.

  13. Export Lists and Tasks

Ability to export lists to CSV and/or google sheet. This would help in creating weekly status reports on tasks completed. Also, it would be nice if completed tasks included their tags and the date they were marked complete included in the export.

  14. Option: Remove cover image

I would appreciate to have lists without cover pictures. They are distracting and take a lot of valuable space. Please, give an option to not have them.

  15. Show the count of items beside each list in the side panel

For example: Inbox 16 Today 5 Tasks 28 Buy 0 Recipes 10 Health 7 You at a glance see if a list has no items or if it has many.
